Audio Force Productions
Terms and Conditions for Audio Force Productions PA Audio Staging and Lighting Equipment Hire:
1. Booking and Payment:
a) All bookings are subject to availability.
b) 50% of the total amount must be paid to confirm the booking.
c) The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event date.
d) If the booking is made within 7 days of the event date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
e) Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
f) Audio Force Productions reserves the right to charge a deposit for any equipment supplied.
2. Cancellation:
a) Any cancellation must be made in writing.
b) If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the event date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
c) If the cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days prior to the event date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
d) If the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the event date, no refund will be given.
3. Equipment Hire:
a) The hirer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is collected by Audio Force Productions.
b) The hirer must ensure that the equipment is used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and for the purpose for which it was intended.
c) The hirer must ensure that the equipment is not damaged, misused, or stolen.
d) Any loss or damage to the equipment will be charged to the hirer.
e) Audio Force Productions reserves the right to substitute equipment of a similar standard if the equipment ordered is not available.
4. Delivery and Collection:
a) Delivery and collection of equipment will be arranged at the time of booking.
b) Delivery and collection charges may apply depending on the location and time of delivery/collection.
c) The hirer must ensure that there is adequate access to the venue for delivery and collection of the equipment.
d) The hirer must ensure that someone is present at the venue to sign for the equipment at the time of delivery and collection.
5. Liability:
a) Audio Force Productions accepts no liability for any loss or damage to the hirer's property or any other person's property arising from the use of the equipment.
b) The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance cover for the equipment during the period of hire.
6. Force Majeure:
a) Audio Force Productions shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, fire, flood, or other similar events.
7. Governing Law:
a) This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Audio Force Productions is located.
8. Entire Agreement:
a) This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
By booking Audio Force Productions PA Audio Staging and Lighting Equipment Hire, the hirer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
